Nairobi, Kenya | 22nd July 2026 – Networks Padel Village is proud to announce the return of the Networks Open for the second season, one of Kenya’s premier padel tournaments, taking place from 25th to 30th August 2026 at Networks Padel Village.
Following the success of the inaugural edition, Season 2 promises six days of world-class competition, electric atmosphere, and exceptional sporting action as players from across Kenya battle for over KES 600,000 in cash prizes.
Open to players across Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite levels, the tournament features nine competitive categories, ensuring every participant has an opportunity to compete at the level best suited to their skill. The prestigious Top Kenya (4.5+) category will once again showcase the country’s highest-ranked padel talent.
“Networks Open has quickly established itself as one of the country’s signature padel tournaments,” said Sylvia Mugweru, the club manager. “Season 2 is bigger, more competitive, and designed to continue growing the sport while delivering an exceptional experience for players and spectators alike.”
The tournament will have weekday matches scheduled between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM with the weekend action running from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Registration is now open at KES 8,000 per team (KES 4,000 per player). To ensure fair competition, player categories will be reviewed using Playtomic ratings, with the tournament committee reserving the right to recommend category adjustments where necessary.
Beyond the competition, Networks Open Season 2 continues to strengthen Kenya’s rapidly growing padel community by bringing together athletes, enthusiasts, families, sponsors, and fans for a week-long celebration of one of the world’s fastest-growing sports.
